Orders are shipped Monday-Friday through either APC, TNT or DHL networks.
All orders are processed within 24 hours in most cases, this may increase if we are expecting a high volume of order or dealing with technical issues.
We offer a next-day (excluding weekends or bank holidays) service on all shipments as standard. However, this is the couriers responsiblity and it is not a guaranteed service.
Saturday and specially timed deliveries can be arranged for a fee.

All claims made regardless of fault should be indicated within three days of receiving your shipment.
You are welcome to reuturn for any reason withing 14 days from delivery. However, we must receieve the goods back in its original condition/packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Returns are the customers responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged or missing goods should be reported within 48 hours. We will arrange the return and replacement for any issues with your order, once agreed. Full refunds for returned goods will be subject to an inspection process.

All TAF UK products (excluding FT21, FT22, PT31, PT32, PT42) come with 1 year’s warranty and structural test reports per meter.
You will need to comply with the stated load limits in our reports (contact us for to receive these), work within our recommended installation conditions (contact us for more information) and build entirely within your structural report specifications for that specific install.
